  1. I have a 2014 JKU with 157k on the odometer. Bought it new. 2.5 lift ( jks) running 33” BF KO2S. Deleted the rear seat replaced with sleep platform touring most of the west and Midwest. Have replaced 3 oil coolers, rocker roller herrings twice, new radiator, valve cover gasket, serpentine belt, ABS control module ( had to wait over a year for that part to be available) ! I limited the lift to 2.5 to avoid the front drive line issues, still wound up replacing the front rezeppa joint with an after market open flange joint. No problems since. How many miles on your Jeep?

  2. Parts are cheap, as long as not Mopar. Having a 2016 Sahara and recently buying a 2010 Rubicon, very low miles (59k). I realize the “Oil Cooler” of the Pentastar is the EGR valve of the 3.8.

  3. as an owner of a jk there are quite a few parts you cant buy anymore like a stock skid plate that holds up the gas tank and they are pretty prone to rust as well. its a fun vehicle to drive in the snow and cant wait to find a place nearby to take offroad near me in illinois

  4. It sure does look great. But….
"Extreme Off-Road" and "Open Diff Dana 30" don't really go together. And with the larger (and heavier) wheels and tires, opening that tailgate on the stock hinges is going to become increasingly challenging over time. The incredibly powerful 205HP 3.8L engine is not going to like those big tires, either.
You've built a nice enough budget Jeep, but come on. Be honest. There is nothing remotely "extreme" about this Jeep.
