  1. Not exactly sure about the idealogy behind the way you are welding the frame together. No weld section prep would mean only the top 20~40% of the frame thickness is joined. It will be weaker. A butt joint is ok for a tack but it really should get a full fillet prep for the weld. Then add the "Fish Plates" on the out side to give the frame a connection that wont be a weak point.

  2. Kids today love their way over you catchphrases, like everything is a ton of this and a ton of that, crazy this and crazy that, and super this and super that.
    But if they would have stayed in school, their English class would have taught a much wider vocabulary, with much more meaningful words.
