7. Might be better off cleaning and spraying the seats with them slightly reclined.

8. As a owner of a fab shop welding any rim is a no go the liability is just not acceptable and the only exception I have ever made was about 20 years ago on a set of Halibrand Mag wheels for a Shelby cobra.

9. The phrase work smarter not harder can be applied to the fabric dye you talked about finger and forearm being sore but you can get a spray pain gun attachment for chest and its normally in the same asle or close to it

    I think partially inflating basket ball in that panel may have worked to pop it out.

13. you could have put a football, or basketball in that vent, and aired it up to remove that dent. then just cut the ball and pull it out

Another thing that you could have done to get that dent out easier and i have done it many times is to fold a motorcycle inner tube on itself twice to shorten it and push it between the body panel and the inner structure , some air pressure and as the tube swells it will push the dent out, some practise and the hammer on the outside to relieve the spots with the most tension and it will come out easily.
