If you watched the Super Bowl ads, you saw Jeeps commercial where the Wrangler was driving across a stream. It wasn’t an unusual ad since it’s a car commercial, and an off-road vehicle at that. But it’s got environmental supporters up in arms – specifically Trout Unlimited, a non-profit organization focused on conservation of aquatic habitats.

Jalopnik reports CEO Chris Wood says that “the Wrangler crossed the river improperly in a way that could harm fish and wildlife”. Even after a disclaimer on the ad says the video was filmed on a man-made lake and waterfall specifically for the filming of the video. Wood claims the ad was irresponsible…what are your thoughts?
