  1. The only trucks he'd ever do, proceeds to list two trucks without LS engines…. Either planning an LS swap, or planning on breaking the jetta money loss record.

  2. This car has bad JuJu or a drunk driving. 3 accidents? Really…. put it in a car crusher and get rid of it. 10:18 My dad worked for Ford as a mechanic and has been a mechanic most of my life. He says those Ford lightning trucks are FAST, and will get away from you, to watch out. Lol in other words…. FASTTTT…. I have driven a few they are truly awesome. One of a kind.

  3. Just take it to an outdoor gun range and charge people five bucks to shoot at it. Just put the poor thing out of its misery!! It’s probably the only way you can make your money back.

  4. Im just imaginig all the cars that were parted out and thrown in the trash that were worth saving more then this gti tbat car is a horrible death trap

  5. Don’t look at the Jetta as such a bad thing buddy. It allowed you to do an amazingly kind gesture for an awesome man in turbo mike and basically earned you a life long friend and a life long helping hand by a very talented mechanic and that’s worth a hell of a lot more then 15k. So I help this insight helps you view that car as an investment in knowledge and friendship more then a bad decision purchase in a materialistic item. Love your videos buddy.

  6. Sam, Sam, Sam. As I'm sure you know you can tell where the Jetta was made from the VIN, the first digit. W = Germany made, 3 = Mexico assembly. Since it's a GLI I believe it's German.

  7. Those cars are actually sold right in Germany or one of the Baltic states once they left the US. It’s easy to do as the EU has no VIN number register where you can check a cars history, you just gotta take the sellers word. Loads of Salvage Mercedeses, BMWs and VWs from the US and Canada pour into Europe each year just to be sold as mint, clean cars after some touch up. It’s sad.
Also don’t fall for the “strictly for parts” story. The US Jetta has completely different engine, transmission and suspension components that are not compatible with the EU Jetta.

  8. Seats 👎👎👎👎
