That o2 sensor needs to be replaced
Imagine if they explained a damn thing about what they changed in the transmission. Circle jerk over engine details, but then for the transmissions just "here's the mod kit being installed, ok bye".
Using the date code on the battery from last video (D6) this video is from around april of 2006.
took the T-5 (borg&wagner) nd installed the Tremec T-56 (6speed)😎🏁
My iroc had sat night special torque converter with Tci 700r4 . The electric torque converter lock up switch added helped my mpg.
What size of belt was installed
Got pulled over for those very same headlight covers when I was like 20 years old in 94. Hah.
Won't the tootsie roll contract a little bit when it freezes? Making it an inaccurate read?
That power wire is literally hanging under the car…
Badass burnout lmao 😂
1. Delete all the emissions stuff if you want to actually improve mpg.
2. You should have used 2 fans flowing over 2,000cfm.
3. Should have put on a better pulley system (that electric water pump is a great choice). That makes a huge difference.
4. Hooker Super-Comp headers and true dual exhaust would have made a big difference as well.
That flip phone to take a picture 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
a stock LS1 in a 3rd gen can get 30mpg while making nearly 400hp with headers and a tune.
Shame the one wheel peal
Scotch locks 🤦♂️ those things are junk…
All that for 164 horsepower 😂
It’s 2020 and this dude still has a flip phone😂 but still cool to still see them
@10:41 forgot to remove the seal on the bottle…lol
They should redo the episode using tunerpro rt software, uv erase chips and making thier own tune. They need that trash superchip in the trash.
Nice. I want to upgrade the exhaust headers on mines. Open element intake and hedders are next goal
I wonder what the fuel economy/ power would have been with a carburetor?
Once again Amish Mike is associating himself with reading the instructions, he is so keen to dispel the rumors he's illiterate
I have a 1991 Z28 with the 305 tune port injection. All of that crap is coming out and a ZZ383 crate motor with a built up 700r4 and 3.73 rear gear posi is going in its place. I know it won't have the fuel economy but it won't be driven daily neither!
Y'all's vids have become nothing but a pathetic parts commercial. Air intake under the car, electric water pump, and you spent more money on that exhaust kit than you woulda paid for dual exhaust. Just a dumb build all the way around. Just to push some crappy parts. The really messed up thing is kids watching this build are gonna waste their money on this crap. Hope you guys are proud.
Budget list . . . Synthetic fluids. Rear, trans, engine BLOCK . . . . Which includes oiland cooling. Wetter Water in radiator is BIG . Diet of aluminum intake, water pump, valve covers K+N filter. Max Air pressure in tires and good front AND rear alignment. Smaller diameter / higher Cfm draw fan draws from less of given radiator, leaves more area hot IN the system. Tag in grille blocks more than small fan pulls through.
Anyone else just about die from laughter after they saw the flip phone
So a new fan, but no shroud? A shroud will get better cooling, more so than a bigger fan
You too can get a extra 105 crank HP for the low low price of 5000$. Lol what a joke.
I miss my 1996 Pontiac firebird ws4, LT1 350 25 mpg @ 330 hp with 500 fpt
