Hi have ever checked out one of the Corvettes I don't know what year but they 2 10 gallon gas tanks I don't if you have any interest but what your doing now but if end up running out of fuel maybe you can check into it. Just an idea only hope you like

Why not put the dual sump kit in. Straddles the center hump and pulls from both sides.
