Our ’85 Buick Regal – Project Street Regal – gets rebuilt from the inside out! Under the hood a new drivetrain and chassis are installed. We add some GNX body panels before cleaning up and updating a set of old Camaro/Nova wheels with fresh paint and trim pieces. Then, the Buick gets its dated vinyl top removed and a new spoiler to help keep the rear end on the ground.
Inside, Project Street Regal gets some upgrades to its dated interior including sound proofing along with attention to all of the mechanical and electrical systems.
With a nod to the Grand National, we’re giving our Regal more Go-Go. We fabricate a race inspired fuel system. Then, the Buick is finally ready for some fit and finish with body work and candy paint. To wrap the build up we take her out on the town, put it through the paces, and see what she is made of. #Buick #Regal

Had several of these back in the day. What a beautiful build. Thanks for the series. Color is amazing and that interior rivals any modern car. Great job
My ex-wife mother HAD a early 70's. Oldes cutlass ? But she hit someone's cow and totaled it later on she bought a 85-86 BUICK Regal with a v6. But we took the 350 rocket and put it in the regal it HAD a 85mph odometer man it was kinda FAST or quick but it was geared for the V6 it all worked out OK though
I really don't like those ugly speed holes in the bumpers. They don't match with the square style of the car at all. Should have kept the openings in the front bumper and made them brake ducts. The rest of the build is great though.
American cars were ugly in the 80’s
What wheels are those😊
Need to replace the steering column to one with no shifter
Another bing watching. And another great build. I use to have a 78 Regal. Nothing like yours. Great color choice. Top notch, quality build. Can’t wait for the next one. Keep up the great work. I am envious. !!!!!
Only 70s are cool jdm were it's at
Great content love the the builds love American muscle cars keep up the good work guys all the best Trev from England
How long yall think it took them to build?
Ford quit building Mustangs in 1973 and didn't start again until 2004
I know a lot of grandmothers and none of them had Regals, just saying 😉
this is just the most professional work I've ever seen
That trans mount looks weak.
This happens to be one of my favourite builds. When people talk about Buick's everyone thinks of the Grand National. I love the GN to but the Buick Regal is just as nice as the GN. Really the only difference between the Buick GN and the Buick Regal is the GN came with T Tops. This Regal was really done tastefully. I love the color but I really love the interior. The Interior shop did a really awesome job with all the different colors.
What happened to the mustang
Fell asleep and auto play put this on. I woke up to hearing "You want me to fill it up you son of a gun" lmao
Nooo why did you swap those beautiful rims for those pimp my ride giant ones
I absolutely hate what they did with the paint on the Mustang. Could have been a very good looking car!😊
Who ended up with this buick? I wonder what it sold for.
the build was going great until you all relocated the gas cap, but that is just my opinion
genoeg is genoeg , fini my
slijpscherm . mafketel !
Youre amazing brother warms my heart. ❤ you got an amazing head on your shoulders.
clean floor
I hope the steering wheel gets some.love
So sick of LS junk engines.show me you dont have the ability to build a muscle car by putting a pos LS engine in it
This is such an excellent program. I hang with you guys for days. I am so glad we have gotten past the old days of unnecessarily loud background music. Thanks for a great show!
8:57 Anyone else notice the Glock on his desk next to his stapler? lol
