Everyone knows that the Plymouth Road Runner is one of the most iconic American muscle cars ever produced. While some have retained museum-like quality, others have received a personal touch from Mother Nature and Father Time. Detroit Muscle is always on the cutting edge of tackling projects that stand out from the crowd. So look no further than this rough and rugged masterpiece.

Loved your videos
i liked the distinctive styling
love watching them rebuild the cars but i hate that every video i have seen the cars have automatic transmissions
And I quote, "There's some pullin and some tuggin. Some glue'n and some screwin. So, whenever you apply those simple techniques, you'll be sure to finish with a smile on your face." 😂
Dodge needs to make another roadrunner. Especially considering the popularity of the coyote engine
guys, please, clean these greasy engines in places designed for this, just not out in the open outdoors. They are nasty chemicals going to pollute your water table.
Mopar fans are worse than BMW fans when it comes to
getting…I mean, being anal.I like mopars, but I can't stand about 70% of their fans.
I like GM, Ford, AMC, Mopar, etc. But I don't lose my mind when someone puts on the wrong wheels, swaps the original engine, or uses aftermarket parts, like most of their fanbase does.
The only thing I hate is when someone turns a Satellite into a Roadrunner or a Le Mans into a GTO, etc. Just hotrod it, leave the badges alone and let it be what it is. Theres nothing wrong with a Le Mans or Satellite. Unless you're a poser who wants to be something they're not. Lol
wonder if we can get the great deals Tommy got 🤔
I paid you tube extra for NO ADS and what am I getting 🤬
I just detected a Build sheet under the seat , Don't loose that ! It's at 18:49
The cotter pin legs are supposed to be bent perpendicular to the outside of the nut. No trimming needed !
All amazing except I really do not like the hoodless look, ruins otherwise very cool build.
So what are you going to do with the NASTY rusty interior. I’d think you’d do that first along with the engine bay..
The grease is a good air restrictor for that application. The object is to keep as much air inside the tire when mounting it. Water is used to seat the bead of the tire and grease is used to prevent air from escaping to build up enouggt air force and volume of air to expand the tire. I was the Manager of a very large tire installation company for many years. Keep up the good work. If those old tires hold air and roll. It's a great tire. Bald tires are only really bad when put on the streets. Itself a safty thing.
Looked like you put the wrong caliper on that side
How about 2.3 5 speed ranger 2wd.??
BADASS
What were the wheel specs on that?
To be properly painted, you should have painted the engine compartment, ORANGE, not black. As the original color of the car was orange.
You got me when you tasted what? I thought was oil! Was it peanut butter?
rip pop's cousin Russell he built one in plum crazy purple, mopar or no car for sure was his saying. i've always been more of a gm guy but this build just reminds me of him and the amazing knowledge that he left this world with, makes me sick to think about. wish i could have spent more time in the shop with him
I really enjoyed this video and it does give me hope that you can keep an older vehicle alive. Thanks for that!! Would certainly like to see more of this content!
lol that says it all , so much goes into a build like this yeah! lots of money that most people don't have
The only way that you would have been able to get the Obama orange is order it But i hope yall didn't know what you had in Ohio a car Dealership ordered 50 and they had a Badage that said Bengal charger yes the guys name is tom cant spell his last name it started with a m
Really, black engine bay? Step away from the mopar!
That's gonna be killer bro 😮 , I love Mopar muscle too 🤘🤘👍👍keep up the good work 👏
Man Dalton. You guys are absolutely brave souls. I was scared for ya.
Did Van Diesel have a road runner in fast and furious
