Wow. There was a lot of droning at the end of the video about getting rid of droning.
Tommy I’ve been watching your shows since you were Isn’t Johnson helper. Keep up the awesome work brother
13.3 in the GS for that time with all that it was is quick
5.7s do drone real bad I had a straight pipes no cats with a aftermarket muffler and it sounded good but droned pretty bad at low RPMs
Please show us how to do a wide body installation kit without double sided tape
I worked at a Buick dealer and only the Grand National & Roadmaster in 1992 were fast. I include the Park Ave Ultra in there as I owned one. Talk about merging with traffic…Yaa Buddy! Some may ask “Roadmaster”? Yes. Think about the technology set forth by Buick! Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection! Now everyone uses it to detect cylinder misfire. Crank sensor tells what piston are on TDC. The Cam sensor tells which cylinder is to fire! The 3 coil pack system was unique as the PCM looks for 450 RPM or higher, if not seen, it moves from the last known coil the fired, changes to the next, then the next. Bang, over 450 RPM, the engine starts and runs. The giveaway for a defective Cam sensor was extended crank, pop or backfire noise, then start as the PCM changes coils on the “Waste-Spark” coil system. One negative in a cylinder filled with exhaust or the positive on a cylinder filled with air/fuel. But never a “GS Stage 1”. Very cool guys.
Thank you kindly for sharing.
Super great 👍👍
finally some real American Muscle!
I used not to care about cat delete exhaust but with the obvious changes in our weather and increasing pollution, there are more responsible options available that keep cats in the exhaust. Growing up in the pre-emission era, when stuck in traffic, the stink and the exhaust fumes were terrible. Cat-delete motors stink and pollute. When our actions affect others, it's time for a rethink.
Well back in the day companies would pay big money to influence the sales of their products… oh still happens today. The streets have many different stories so I agree it will always be open for title.
Those GS 455 air cleaner seals are not "styrofoam" but foam rubber.
Styrofoam is hard and usually white, where these are gray, soft, and form a malleable seal with the hood, made of the same material as your mattress.
Remove that Edgar exhaust and put a real one on there.
Love that hot air intake they have deep in the back of the engine bay.
Tommy, I've been a fan since you had a mullet! Keep on putting out killer content. This is another sweet build. Love you guys, Engine Power and everyone else from PN.
Hillclimb! Need for Speed, I DO NOT street race! There's a cliff or a valley, Rally. 🫡 Pontiac / AMC / Mitsubishi
I need to find a new partner for dealership operations to re-open the engineering division & training (IBM Engineering Certifications) at Nemet Motors, Queens, NY. ✌️🙄
Sweet build
