This video is the last in the series where I upgrade the rear suspension in my fox body #FairmontProject. In this episode I cover the installation of a rear stabilizer bar from Maximum Motorsports.
This isn’t your average bolt on stabilizer bar. This unit mounts to the body and works like a ‘real’ stabilizer bar. It’s also adjustable.
Because it mounts to the body of the car, it requires some welding. Be sure you have one handy or that you have someone with a welder and welding experience install it for you.
With this new stabilizer bar, my Fairmont will be cornering like it’s on rails. I can’t wait to drive it.
Special thanks to Jack Hindley and Kolton Sinclaire for all their help.
