  1. I do a lot of business at United Airlines cargo at Denver airport. Next to the building that I go to there was about two dozen Ford 300s on pallets just sitting there. Clearly these have been removed from airport equipment. They’re gone now and I wonder every time I go there what happened to them.

  2. 66 yr. old shadetree here. Took my 64 Falcon with the 65 – 200 inline oit myself ( super easy ) and took it down to a motor rebuilder with 40 years experience. Completely rebuilt head with 1.5 & 1.75 valves with 302 springs. Oil & fuel pump, new clutch assembly, cam bearings, 274/274 vintage Inlines cam, flat head pistons +.30 over. 7 main bearing set & connevting rods, double roller timing chain. DUI distributor with Live wites, Weber 1v/2v carb, clay smith lifters, stainless steel 6 into 2 header. ARP bolts throughput. Took .100 off of head for more compression.
Put it all back together according to the Ford Inl8ne six Performance manual minus thr out of stock aluminum head of course. Put it all together and it runs great but still no real horsepower upgrade. Not sure why….its a three on the tree Falcon and i tjought it would be considerably stronger. I didn't want to cookie cut it with a 302. Maybe i was wrong.

  3. I've been watching this "channel" since it began when I was a teenager back in the 90's. Still think I'm that same teenager sometimes, until the next morning when I can't move lol. But, love watching you guys still. Thanks, for the many years of entertainment guys!

  4. Your brake cylinder tip, I get it, trying to make money from a product, but that was lame. Just use the old brake pad on the cylinder side to put the c-clamp on to compress the cylinder back into the caliper, no worrying about "cocking" the piston into the bore… You almost made it like one of those bad infomercials "hurt on your hands or wrists" just missed throwing in the "OUCH" lol… anyways, enjoying this video.

  5. The first minute explanation is unnecessary. If they don’t like building up a 300, they can turn the channel or find a different video. I do t whine and complain about all the bow tie loving material you show. The bow tie lovers can show me the same gratitude.

  6. The first new vehicle I ever bought was a 1996 F150 XLT 4.9L automatic. I drove it everyday for 12 years before trading it for a new 2008 F150 XLT 4×4 5.4L. I pulled a 24' Crestliner with a 125HP outboard for many years and you barely knew the boat was behind the 96 F150. When I traded it in for the '08 it had 285k miles on it and still ran great only ever replacing an A/C compressor the entire time I owned it. The '08 F150 5.4L was horrible. It struggled pulling the boat, one engine problem after the other and I missed that old '96 so much. I traded the '08 off just after 54k miles 4 years after I bought it when the second set of cam phasers went bad on it and pretty much ruined Ford for me for life after that truck.

  7. Only thing is have liked to see different would be to go with the more commonly used (and more popular) EFI because manifold. Just because it's nearly identical if not better in performance to any header available

  8. yes good job my little nasty six is sick 🙂 once it starts buzzing look out >>> comp 268 holly 600 long tube headers roads lifters lots of money for the bang i got. I will spin mine up to 5k has not come apart yet lol

  9. The initial dyno pulls weren't spun high enough to get a accurate reading. I routinely spin my carbureted stock 300 inline 6 to 4300 – 4500 rpm. It pulls all the way up only running out of steam due to induction and exhaust limitations.
