Whether you’re a gearhead or not, stopping safely is a key factor with any car. And especially on your daily driver. With the help of EBC Ultimax 2, you can ensure your car and the people in it, stay safe.
The Ultimax2™ brake pad is made in the UK Bristol EBC Brakes manufacturing plant and is a beautifully engineered brake compound that lasts well, produces minimal dust and is the perfect choice for the urban or daily driver. Why spend more if all you need is a quality replacement pad?
It’s a total non-metallic pad containing ZERO steel fiber which makes this a cleaner pad far less aggressive to cast iron brake rotors. Ultimax2™ has also been graded Code “N” by the USA brake rating system which means it receives the top award for its environmentally friendly status and has also achieved the much coveted GG friction rating.
And while the Ultimax2 brake pads will work with any OEM setup, they work best with EBC Brakes sport rotors. Their rotors come with wide aperture 3GD series for cooler running. Slotted rotors are made from high quality grey iron to exacting standards and undergo extensive testing and rigorous quality control and are then precision machined to your chosen slot or dimple pattern.
The wide aperture slots on the EBC units actually draw cool air under the brake pad and rotor interface and help cool the temperatures of the pad contact which can shoot up to well over 1000 degrees at the very heart of the brake pad during heavy braking and can cause brake fade or loss of brake effect.
These “Full sweep” slots on the EBC Sport Brake rotor also help remove dirt dust debris and water from the braking area but without doubt the MAIN benefit of such sport rotors is their ability to maintain a flat and parallel pad surface throughout the lifetime of the brake pad set.

The dude might’ve installed the rotors facing the wrong way.
The brake pad you mentioned in your video are very good brake pads, but you claim they give out low dust and that is absolutely not true and I don't know where you got your information from but even EBC technical support will tell you that these have massive brake dust. Perhaps you should get your knowledge directly from the manufacturer before making statements in your videos that are not true.
Literally just an advertisement… How unhelpful.
