7. The issues you seem to have with your back remind me a lot of my own experiences. I'm 40 now, but my back issues started in my mid to late 20's. At 29 I ended up being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. A degenerative form of arthritis similar to rheumatoid arthritis, which I've also since been diagnosed with(fantastic, I know). I had to try several medication regimens, but after a while things went into remission and at 40 I can manage to keep up with my 5yo lol. I hope you don't share a similar fate to mine, but at the very least I hope sharing my story helps you gain control over your issues
