13. Regarding the warning lights, my E46 did the same I changed both my DSC brake pressure sensors and that sorted it out

27. The ABS is probably the abs pump motor, the brushes get stuck and the pump does not work 🙂 same problem with mine, havent had the time to fix it 🙂
