We attempt to do our best installing a brand new Twin Busch 242A 2 post lift. None of us have any experience with lifts so it took some mistakes and troubleshooting to get it in. The lift is great, but we’re not 100% satisfied with the install so we will likely have an expert come check it out and help us dial it in.
Matt’s MUCH more detailed video of the install – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEMRBG7aaHc

  1. I predict quite a few comments telling us how stupid we are or telling us the number of things we did wrong with the lift. I also predict that those are the same people that would have given us crap if we just paid to have a company come in and do it. None of us have experience with lifts, but we wanted to try and learn and put it in ourselves (it was pretty fun). With something like a lift there is obviously a huge danger factor involved which is why we plan on having an expert come out, inspect our work, and re-install if necessary. Nonetheless, I hope you respect our install attempt and try to keep comments directed toward constructive criticism rather than hateful negativity. Thank you 🙂

  2. I am from the future… One day you will have many lifts, so many lifts, in so many buildings… All on a plot of land maybe 30 acres with perhaps three houses too… Buy some karts as well, much fun will be had! 😎👌

  3. hi Adam

why did you choose this brand of lift? is it sponsored or did you get it by yourself.
is it still working ok after 2 years and did you have troubles with it?

please give me some positives and negatives about this lift brand

    thanks for youre vids

  4. Damn Adam. I remember a couple years ago I was trying to learn how to do a 180 on my bmx bike and always loved your bike videos now I'm 21 and drive and love cars and I find you on YouTube again except now you have all these nice cars and you bought a house and got married and you have this lift in your garage. Great job man your a hell of a guy

  5. I've had a lift in my garage for 15yrs. I couldn't live without one. The ceiling is 12', I can lift a car with its hood open and walk underneath.

  6. you should find a place to put a cnc mill or waterjet(although that option is a little more expensive) then you can fab your own parts. also a 3d printer is fun and useful if you get a good one

  7. That's like a dream for all the car guys, never even had the thought of installing a lift, more of a I will need a big garage once I build my house.
Love what u do bro, maybe try a sport bike later!!!
