Love it. But, GM did build a regular cab diesel truck. I own a 1985 Chevrolet SWB that came with a 6.2 diesel I also own 1981 GMC Jimmy that came with a V8 Diesel .

Gm did build shortbed diesels. They just never made regular cab shortbed
Gas or Diesel, I think this is the true SS that Chevrolet should have built vs the LS1 version that was built AWD or not

when i was in gr 9 a senior in highschool about 1985 had a diesel shortbed chevy and he could roast the tires so easy on that , it was so cool at 15 yrs old, lmao

I did this to a 2008 F250 with a twin turbo 6.4 back in 2013. Mine made 600whp and roughly 1,100lb feet. It was rowdy as a 2wd. The shorty diesel trucks are a lot of fun! Nice build!

I like the paint choice a lot. What I think is sooooo stupid looking is those big tires sticking out of the wheel arches. Looks like a dumb skateboard. Almost cartonish. I know it's popular, as I live in Texas, and these GenZ/Millennials have them. Maybe if they'd grow up and move out they would get a clue? Nah, I doubt it.
