  1. @powernation I wish y’all would’ve have gone in detail, the wiring for the obs side. As far what to keep and what to remove. This would really help us subscribers doing our own obs ls swap. I love y’all’s content and hopefully in the near feature you can do an episode on the wiring for 1988-1994 obs ls wiring.

  2. Can you please get ahold of me, I have a 94 GMC Suburban that I have put so much time, blood, sweating and tears into and found out a large part of the frame rotted after it sat in my yard for 5 years after the rear axle grenaded. I am still fighting stage 4 cancer and now they found two new growths. I put everything that I could scrape together into my baby and can’t afford to repair anything anymore from being on social security disability and can’t find any veteran’s organizations to help me keep my transportation to and from the VA Clinic and Metro Cancer Center here in Wyoming, Michigan. Please if you have a way to help me get my frame fixed or replaced soon I would be eternally grateful. I don’t have very much money but I will give you everything I have for your help. Thank you very much for your channel and wonderful buildings for me to watch during this battle. I spent 15 years 3 months and 18 days in the military before my spinal cord injury here at home that ended my military career but I will never give up this battle for my life.

  3. Guys, guys…i just watched the video and looks like you put the wrong transmission filter in…looks like you are using the deep pan and installed the shallow pan filter…if you need to, check out the guys at precision transmission.

  4. This is a lesson on how not to make an exhaust system. These morons made the same mistake that chevy, did virtually t-ing the two banks. Mistake two staying 2.5 inch after the merge. The horrible exhaust killed about 40 hp, maybe more. Last this if this a budget why not stay with the oe manifolds?

  5. Technically, if that's a 96, wouldn't that be a C/K1500 or C/K2500 and not REALLY a Silverado?? Silverado was offered as an option package, but it wasn't the model itself. In 1999 Chevy released the Chevy Silverado .

  6. One thing that always drives me nuts, is that you guys ALWAYS SAY this stuff is tedious and boring. BULLSHIT! I WANT TO KNOW, EVERYTHING! Not one data point is irrelevant. SHOW EVERYTHING! Don't just say, "We're eliminating the circuits we're not using". I want to know what circuits you're eliminating. Stop half assing it.

  7. I was excited about this project, I would love to ls swap an obs, u started losing me with the "cheap" build. By the time u did the exhaust I felt really let down. I get that it needs to be legal, but you had an opportunity take something really cool and I feel like this missed the mark

  8. You used a deep trans pan and a shallow filter. thats a no-no. you also didnt reinstall the plastic retainers over the trans line retainer clips. another big no-no. Geez!

  9. Can you not use an oil pump priming tool on LS engines? I have the 5.7 Vortec that would have been in this kind of truck and I just run the primer with a drill.
