I have the armytrix in my gtr, but it still has the cats. The valves open and close only make a small difference. Is it worth getting rid of the cats? On a performance stand point?

Ciao Buddy, is there any possibility to get some ERROR from the ECU or from some other sources after disconnecting for a while the battery?
One time I took the battery out for a couple of days and when I plugged that in again I got Transmission Error and engine check error.
