  1. A shop is not going to be able to true a driveshaft after it has been welded together. This is done when the caps are pressed on prior to welding. It involves spinning the shaft with a dial indicator and tapping the ends with a sand filled hammer to adjust it true. If the tubing selected is totally true, runout should easily be less than .005"

  2. Boy you make it look so easy..

Could you recommend a honest good and fair auto mechanic in WA state? (As close to lynnwood wa as possible).

Specifically Looking for one to check and finish my engine swap. (Could include welding, transmission crossmemeber build or tweeking, make a better metal floor console shifter box. Etc.

My wiring is all great. So don't need any electrical help.

  3. Do you make transmission crossmembets for 1976 cj7 jeep with the gm 4.3 v6 engine and th700r4 Automatic transmission engine and Dana 300 tcase?
I am using mountainoffroad JM200 engine brackets and mounts.
    Thanks.

  4. Never heard what happened to the guy with Mike on this show. I remember they made a big deal of bringing him on. Giving a veteran a break or some such. He didn't last long. Now Galley is gone with nary a word…

  5. Why didn't they just separate the trans from the bellhousing??? Would have been a hell of a lot easier especially getting to the bellhousing bolts. They removed that shit like a 3650.
