We rescue a 1964 Ford F350 flatbed that hasn’t run in 5 years. If we can get it started in the field we’ll haul it back to the shop to make it safe and driveable again. It might even become our new shop truck!

  1. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! A TOTALLY AWSOME VIDEO AND BUILD!!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING!!!! THE PERFECT WORK TRUCK/ SHOP TRUCK. I LOVE VINTAGE FORD F150!!! I LOVE FLATBEDS / STAKE BEDS.

  2. I find it quite hilarious that you say the drum brakes on that truck are inadequate when that braking system is what that truck operated on for fifty years. There’s nothing wrong with drum brakes as long as you maintain and adjust everything properly.

  3. Trucks like this are our national history. It is a window into the past that will allow us to wheel into the future.

Glad to see it still on the road.

  4. Safety glasses good also respirator if your going to spray brake dust all over everything and everyone.in the shop I worked in using an air gun like that on brake dust would get you tossed out. Just sloppy work ethics.
