I think hiring Lawrence Tolman was an excellent choice. I watch his other videos and appreciate them greatly. Good luck at Piwer Nation, buddy.
I did this in an 06 Colorado but its using a Ar5 and it's RWD
Will this posi-lok work on 2014 silverado 1500 5.3L z71 lt
I have 2014 silverado can I put a 4×4 posi-lok on diffential and turn switch in truck to 4×4 will that work for temporary.
This whole build it’s just chefs kiss
Thanks LT!
Damn narrator always sounded like he was trying to hold in a bad hangover from a Taco Bell sponsored TACO TUESDAY event.
It seams all wheel drive Chevy swaps have become popular on YouTube recently and you did it 3 years ago.
LT’s welds we’re so clean on that bracket, Pat thought it was a bolt on. 😅
How Mucha did you spend 3yr's ago??????
We can save 15 hundred on the motor if we just spend 90 thousand on this new LS lol
escalde is 3.73 gear ratio??? help
Does all of this work for the tahoes as well?
So you mean that if I have an AWD Chevy, I can just buy that Lockimg piece that fits my case and screw it in and the diff will be locked?
Still has drums on the rear! Cool truck
Great video #Madmikescustomdaily
What if you wanted to make a 2WD AWD would you just need the differential, transfer case, axles and possibly the “4WD” control arms or what control arms?
So viscous couple not chain..I like my Hummer. 33 spline diff I thought is what I have.
Like how all 3 Channels Coming Together
I like at the start you acted like there was a budget, saying you have to think about horsepower to dollars when spending money to rebuild the 350. Now it's $25,000 later.🤣
I think I may have already commented this but the 2009 H3 all came with cast iron front diffs way stronger than the aluminum one
I love Pat being surprised that LT built the mount
Any advice for a beginner? I have a project and its a 1953 chevy pickup I have a 292 I'm wanting to put in with a 5 speed. I would love to try and make it awd but I'm over my head any advice would be appreciated.
yet more idiots running a high ram on a motor not built to actually make power with it. but hey it looks cool.
I'd love to see LT team up on a build with Stacey David.
Me and my son are building the same truck but i purchase a 07 cadillac escalade 6.2 and i just purchase the motor mount bracket and everything bolt on even the rear driveline was the right size
just picked up 2 of these transfercases for my 02 yukon denali
I love when any of his sentences starts with, "all we have to do is…" followed by a task I could never do on my own.
It's AWD, the has 62% and the rear 38% I like 50 50
This man just said "having a lowered 4wd truck is cool" and I never heard him mention anything about any of the drugs he's been smoking either. Seriously though there's no person who would slam a 4×4 that wasn't either on drug's or got dropped as a infant. Really hard to figure out what's worse, lowering a 4×4 truck or the truck's that pull those huge ghost trailer's that are so heavy they collapse the rear suspension so far that it's sitting at around a 45° angle. Those straight pipes are so awesome but only when they stick on some of those fart can megaphone tips that rival the diameter of the 26s wrapped in street tread rubberband tires 4" narrower than the wheel. Who wants their tires protecting the lip of their rims anyway right? Only people who are dumb
The difference between AWD and 4wd is AWD has a clutch on the front driveshaft that burns out the second u put bigger rims and tires on it. Seen it time and time again on any lifted big tire AWD truck.
Your skill set is incredible. well done
Think I’d like a 6.2liter in mine
I’ve got a 1994 k1500 with 37” tires on it and 298,000 miles on original motor. Still runs! If you want another project for motor swap….😁
I need info on the company that built your input shaft adapter. I need to be able to run a 4l80e also
Lmao holley hi ram and low end power don’t belong in the same sentence. Short rams make low end torque and hi rams make power at the top of the range while sacrificing some down low
What the heck does “Kavjavis” mean?
