In this video I reinstall the HVAC assembly and interior of the vehicle. Once complete, we run through the testing of the HVAC system. I also briefly show off my new/old stereo. Unfortunately I had to remove some of that footage as to avoid a YouTube copyright violation. It’s too bad because I really liked that part of the video. It helps answer some of the questions that were brought up in the speaker replacement video. A link to that video is below. For now, enjoy the exciting concluding of the Acura Vigor Blower Motor Replacement Video.

  1. Thank you for doing this!  What an incredible effort!!  Honda should have been ashamed of themselves for this ridiculous design.  This is utter madness!!

  2. A great instructional video. I just bought a new Jeep, when it starts to become a money pit. I will stop owning a car and just rent a car as needed. What you had to do to do this repair is so over the top it is actually hard to watch.
I also wonder how many tech guys are as conscientious as you are when working on our cars.

  3. You need Dr Emett Browns Acura Vigor (with substituted heater blower motor for a flex capacitor) to send ETCG back in time to meet ETCG & hand yourself the ICME almanc of vehicle repair times & tell yourself that if you don't take Scanner Danner to The Enchantment Under Vehilce Dance that Darth Vader will melt your brain.

  4. Sorry i take it back……..
20 new Presidents, California broke away & now classed as a island state & neighbors with Hawaii. New York drifted north towards Greenland. Chelsea Clinton just move to a retirement home on Moon Base Alpha.

  5. I would of been tempted to replace heater core as well… My 77 chevy nova was almost as bad as that to replace heater core…

  6. only handful of today's cars employ wood trim…
and im talking about solid furnature built wood not wood covers…or fake wood covers
you can try to replicate one if you want…..

  7. commenting here because acura. My 97 acura cl 3.0 has 250k miles on it iits old im having problems with a pulley ive replaced the tensioner pulley last year. The shine on it looks worn unevenly. Anyway sometimes when i do hot start ups (im a deliverydriver) it wines like crazy and takes me a few trys to start it to get running is it possible that its the same pulley again? @EricTheCarGuy i subbed up to ur channel you do excellent work would love your feed back

  8. Eric, I know for a fact Mercedes uses real wood veneer in their trim, even on my entry level 90s C220 which had only a $1,500 higher msrp than that vigor in 1994. I believe BMW and at least some Lexus models do this as well with the same technique used by more extravagant brands you mentioned. Anything domestic or Asian other than Lexus is probably fake wood.

  9. This is the part where I'd surely fail. Putting things back together has never been a strength of mine 😛

  10. Eric why do you still wear your rubber gloves when you doing work like that obviously there's no contaminants I don't wear a rubber if the girls on birth control

  11. Eric… u hav to restore the seats!!!… excelent job… but… its very complicate…. more than a fiat!!
