8. I have a 98 civic with the d16y8 has 260k new water pump head gasket timing belt and runing strong

9. Did you swap out the valves that hit the piston and use the whole head or did you just part out the head?

10. This happened to me when i was 19. My first car a 1.1 ford fiesta 1995. It leaked so bad that it changed its own oil until one day it went boom. I still have the twisted con rod in my box.

24. Every time I've seen a car run out of oil, or coolant, it's been at the hands of a female. Every. Freaking. Time.

31. was that a diesel engine?
    cause diesel engines usually do a runaway and gulp up their own oil, but then i think, the combustion chamber on cylinder head doesnt look like something from a diesel engine.
