A guy bought this old 1964 or 1965 C10 truck years ago. It’s been sitting in various forms of storage since, but it’s time to revive it! Will this old chevy bark back to life and run once again?

  1. Have you ever tried loctites "Stripped Thread Repair Kit"? In a pinch I've used it with small threads and not under a lot of pressure.

  2. So my bleep bloop is just my opinion, I think a 350 would be great for that truck. 😁 what I could see underneath frame wise this truck can definately have a future.

  3. Great episode. My late Uncle, more of a brother, had a 65 GMC for his first vehicle. He taught me to drive a manual transmission in it. I'd like to see a quick dirty rebuild on the 327.

  4. Cool. everything needs rebuilt, not worth the time, money and frustration in some dude's field. Strip it, clean it new harness, brakes like you said. I'd do a cheap crate engine and trans. The differential is probably shot too.

  5. Because you asked…
Fab up some tunnels to match the two vents in the front of the hood. Use the 400 with that blower, and it will get its air through those vents. You have the clearance in that bay to even make the tunnels move with that hood so they don't cover anything up when you want to service the engine.

  6. Stock 350 crate engine and a 350 transmission from a popular source that anybody can walk into and purchase. Just my 2 cents. Love the resurrection videos, whether you're home or away. Appreciate your work ethic. Thanks
