In my owners manual it says that i should drive right after the start up so what should i do stick to your tip or the owners manual?
My Grand Cherokee 5.7 has autostart. I start as I'm walking out the door. That way it's had about 20 to 30 seconds by time I get my seat belt on, and climate controls set. When I lived in Anchorage AK during winter I would start it as I was putting my shoes and jacket on. That way it would have up to a minute.
He says to read the owners manual – opens the glove box of his Mazda and finds a Chrysler owners manual.
In addition to mileage, I like to look at the color of the oil to determine if it needs to be changed.
Tyres actually have a wear band running across them(you can see it when you show the uneven wear) and thats is usually the legal limit for worn tyres
Hey Chris, what if it takes several months to get to the
Required milage to change the oil? I don't drive that much so it may be months before I reach the mileage. So should I change after so many months?
who's here from 2021 and this suddenly popped out in the home page
thanks youtube algorithm
Mistake #1 that you also made sir, people not putting their damn seat belts on before driving. It could save your life! You just hopped right on in before starting it up 😂😂😂
A flat spare can be from not using it. Rubber doesn't hold air perfectly. It'll slowly leak out over time.
3000 mile oil change is also a relic of an era when oil filters were an option.
My mini van has a cool oil cycling feature where you add a quart every month and you never have to change the oil.
luas
Never heard of anyone dry-cleaning their car!
I hate annoying titles with negative words like "mistakes", "fail", "wrong"… What the f_ck is your goal? To make us feeling guilty children?? F_ck off and just write ADVICES, not "mistakes". Horrible habit!
Absolutely superb video, the idiot know it alls will still not heed your advice. I have a MV Agusta Senna F4 750, I don't touch the throttle until it hits 93 degrees.
Explain how changing oil sooner is a mistake ? (except financial ) .
It’s 2021‼︠Your videos are priceless, but I hope you plan on going into business for yourself, and train your employees to the same standard. Many of us can’t actually dedicate the time you put in for some repair jobs, so looking for a competent and professional service is a very valuable business model for you. ðŸ‘ÂÂðŸÂ»
maybe dont leave it running tho in an enclosed space
health more important than car health
just a thought ?????
God speed anyway
Nothing wrong with changing your oil more often … Nothing at all .
This video was lame
My grandfather used to red line his car straight off the starter, very interesting we knew when he was leaving😂 I don’t know how he didn’t put a valve through the bonnetðŸ¤â€Â
Tires are the #1 most important part of the vehicle, by a wide margin too. Nothing else is as critical as your tires.
Chris reallyshowedus his faces lot lol. Also were u a marine cuz u had no hair here 😂
The first one is only true on older car same with the second.
Its interesting that your 'premium' Gas in American is only 93 octanes, while here in Germany the cheapest Gas is 95 octanes und Premium is 98 or even 103 octanes
The rust on that spare, no good
he didint put the seatbelt on
#1: Buying a car
I’m calling Bullshit on the oil change regime ðŸ¤â€Â🤪 If you have a modern alloy engine ,it will build up sludge if you don’t flush and change at more regular intervals, Timing chains are an issue with a lot of cars that don’t get changed every 3-5 thousand Klms ! So spend a bit extra money and change your own oil â‰ï¸ÂÂâ‰ï¸ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂ
Will you really notice any difference if you don't warm up your car? I have been driving for 20 years, and I can't remember a single instance of thinking "I wish I let the engine warm up more often". Not a single failure that could be attributable to not warming up the engine. Unless you plan to own the car forever, I don't think it makes any difference to you. It might make a small difference to the future owner of your car, but are you really going to inconvenience yourself so that someone down the road can maybe spend less on maintaining the car you sold them?
Please speak slow. My mother language is not english.😞
How many lines of blow you have before narrating this video? There is literally no pause between two sentences
Mistakes that car owners make: drive
3.55 for regular gas wtffffff
thats what you have to do do when you drive the biggest bags of shit in the world.
