3. The aluminum heat shield rusted out where it was secured by the nut because of electrochemical corrosion – dissimilar metals. You should have used a plastic washer or something like that.. not a steel one.

5. I buy my loctite by the gallon and I just dipped the whole bolt in it

6. This was done really messy. You could have spend a little bit more time and clean up the parts and replaced more. Like the fuel filter hoses, 4X short rubber hoses. Clean up the valve covers more. Clean up the rust underneath like the bracket in the underneath center of the car. There are so many rusty parts left. If you would allow a customer to bring their own mechanic (if he is a proper one) he would point all of that out. I would definitely not buy that car of you, no matter how cheap it is.

28. Word of advice boys: do not hit things into place with your hands, use a mallet or dead blow. Using your hands is an early onset for arthritis.
