Matt Farah’s Million Mile Lexus just happen to break down right near my house in Chicago. As busy as I was I couldn’t resist the opportunity to look over a car with one million miles. In this video, I inspect the Million Mile Lexus on my lift and we scan it for codes. What I find is pretty amazing and we have to make the decision on whether or not it can continue another 5,000 miles and eventually back to California What’s the highest mileage car you’ve ever driven and after seeing all that’s wrong with it, would you have continued on the journey? Comment down below.

Special thanks to Anton and Ana. Check them out @adventureholix on Instagram and here on YouTube.

Thanks to Matt Farah for owning such a cool car. I’d love to fix this thing up one day. Check out Matt @Thesmokingtire.

  1. Why did the engine or transmission have to be replaced did your ratchet ass not maintain it because tge engines and transmission or bulletproof if you do the routine maintenance

  2. Perspective: We all say “that’s a good car, should make it to 200k miles.” This one has done that FOUR TIMES OVER and 180k on top of that!! That is crazy.

  3. Have owned a lot of cars, but the 2000 LS400 I had was head and shoulders better than all of them. Just nothing compared to it in terms of reliability, comfort, smoothness and it was quick too. It's sold on now, but still running with 200,000 miles. Great motors.

  4. These cars don't have the other modules. What you see there is all that's wrong with it. The first code is for an o2 sensor, usually on these, when one of the wires on the o2 sensor connectors breaks, it throws that code. So check both the o2 sensors and make sure all the wires are good. Other than that, the car is in good condition.

  5. Wtf is there a car hanging over the top of a beautiful Mercedes. The chances of drips and crap falling on the Mercedes. I'd be upset if I found out my car was underneath another one. Smh…just my opinion

  6. I question why the headlights are dark.
Is it becuase they are dirty inside the lense or is it just my eyes playing tricks on me.
The LS400 is my favorite car in my opinion.
