  1. There slowly starting to grow back on the road. But when I was growing up new a few that were stored awhile. One of them was red. Other well wouldn't surprise me if it's the one you have here but this one never saw snow. My grandma wants had a 98 Buick Riviera. That car kind of reminds me of this era also interesting body shape.

  2. When you "double cycle" the ignition swith, in addition to priming the fuel pump, the ECM of the vehicle is programmed to "fatten up" the injector pulse width for start up. It was a bandaid program in the computer designed to account for a car that wouldn't start on the first try.

  3. Love those odd ball 80s 90s cars. Grand National, shelby turbo Daytona's gmc cyclone. There just really cool Americana. Always makes me wonder where we would be if emissions wouldnt have killed the muscle car in 1973.??

  4. You mentioning the ICM causing that issue reminded me of my 98 pontiac grand am gt with the Quad 4 engine and 5 speed manual transmission 🤦 Would randomly stall out going down the road. Sometimes it would fire right back up and sometimes I'd have to let it sit a few minutes.

  5. BuckCherry? "scratches all down my back" Buckcherry? lol There's an awesome mashup out there of this song with Toto as I recall – you might like it 🤣

  6. In the late '80s GM wanted to make the 4th gen F-body a FWD but never went through with it. This car is probably the closest GM came to making that reality.

  7. Doesn't know how old the tires are as the camera pans over the date code on the tire. No hate though I've always had a soft spot for these old gm cars. Fun fact the olds cutlass supreme was also offered in a convertible I think you could even get them in a manual to. I've always wanted one to put a 3800sc into

  8. My 89 mustang LX hatch at 3500 feet of elevation, all stock except for a 3.73 rear gear ratio, wore out t5 transmission, had to shift it at 5000 rpm, anything above that it wouldn't go into gear. Ran a best of 15.15 ET at 94mph. That is a really nice Oldsmobile.

  9. I had a white 92 cutlass just like this except it was automatic. I put a set of Flowmaster mufflers with 12 inch resonators in the middle of the car and it sounded really good.

  10. Pretty sure I saw this car on Marketplace a couple months ago in NJ. I thought if I had the money it would be a fun unique car. I am glad you got it and we get watch this journey! Very cool

  11. 80s GM HEI modules same heat and fail waite and start run heat fail rinse repeat! Some times with just a few thousand miles. Frustrating when your rolling in your IROC Z….. 🤨

  12. These mid 80s to mid 90s fwd gm cars were some of the coolest cars ever made. The little editions like these are so cool, the turbo gps, the manual cars, the awd 6000

  13. Ring around the Rosey is a death song from an old pandemic, in which they refer to the red rings that popped up on people's Rosey cheeks when they were sick, And the poseys "flowers that smell good" in their pockets to help cover the stench of the dead, as well as the ashes of the burned bodies. Sorry to ruin your day if you didn't already know this.

  14. Ring around the Rosie was a dark nursery rhyme. It was about the great plague in London along time ago. If I remember correctly posie was like a remedy for the plague.
