FORGOTTEN 1970 Evinrude Skeeter Snowmobile – Will It Run? Part 1 – Car Mod Pros Portal

Part 1 of 2: Let’s do a quick budget restoration on this vintage 1970 Evinrude Skeeter 440 Snowmobile! What was supposed to be a quick, “get it runnin'”, went off the rails when a guy really starting liking this machine. I’m going to make it a going to town rig. It has a really cool opposed 2 cylinder you gotta see!

  1. You're a damn good dad! It's nice to see a father and child making good memories.
I tried to learn/help my ole man in the shop where I was introduced to the Nakada Ken fist (fist with the middle knuckle on point) to the noggin if I got in his way.
After so many knots on the head, I found other things to do.

  2. My dad brought home a '78 Kawasaki dual-carb 440 when I was in high school. That thing was SO FAST. It felt like a turbo was kicking in when you laid into it. I wonder if maybe at lower speeds it used only one carb, then both kicked in when you wanted to go??

  3. It's great to see the family involved in helping you revive these machines. I've been binge watching your channel since I discovered it. Learning on the way and giving me confidence to get my own back on the road, thank you for sharing your knowledge and your family.
