  1. I have a 1980 Camaro and really want to put in an LS1 engine. My brother is a really good mechanic and he will help me get it together. I want to put a good cam in it, just don't know which one to choose.

  2. Well, if you can’t get that old tape stuff off, three or four gallons of roofing tar will stick the intake manifold on won’t it? No? 😮! Okay, never mind. Zip ties? Okay I’ll be quiet.

  3. Dont most LS builders eliminate the rear steamports or was it just GM itself that realized the engine is always tillted up a lil in front anyways so front steamport is only one needed?

  4. Super Dude, wear goggles when you use a wire wheel. You know why, and cuz I care about your eye balls. So you mentioned it was a 5.3 and I was wondering what year you went with?

  5. Derek had a few wobble pops for the edit on this one LOL at the subtitles guaranteeing the viewer knows it's section 1 J a guy's after.
The low rider bit is great, Jessica is awesome too!
    Great video

  6. Derek, do expect to get better gas mileage with the smaller engine? I’ve got a 2000 C/K 3500 quad cab duel ly 455 4×4 and I think I get about 5 or 6 miles a gallon empty.

  7. A guy was just on the interwebs fixing his peepers on Motions website and I was looking at those valve covers for when I do my LS swap on my 94 Caprice….I plan on doing a stock car build on it with silver Bassett wheels…tires similar to the ones on the monte borrow and a nice cowl hood and spoiler to top it all off….seen a Caprice built by LAPD racing and fell in love with the look of the car so that's the plan…glad your finally getting back to the build and glad I could get a better look at some of Motions products on your channel and they also have a Cleetus line of parts too which I think is really cool!…can't wait to see what's next!…God bless you and your family Derek…you and Cleeter are my favorite YouTube channels!…Nick from Michigan.

  8. I have a 1993 danger ranger,I'm raping with a 604 late model engine just forcing it in something that keeps screaming no, and earlier today I needed to cut a chunk of frame out to allow the headers to fit and I picked the spot that apparently held the entire frame together because it broke in half so the passengers side is a low rider
