A guy stumbled upon a rare white on white Hardtop 1970 Cadillac Sedan Deville! A bonus is it’s full of original equipment, right down to the floor mats, spare, and more. The only problem, of course, is that it’s been sunk in a valley bottom all the way to the frame for 20 years and hasn’t moved since it was parked. The plan? I don’t have one, other than finding out if this old sleeping giant will start and run again, and drive me home. Above and beyond because it’s what a guy enjoys doing (saving classics from rotting or getting crushed), it’s out of necessity. After wind, rain, broken camera equipment – my service truck also breaks down leaving me no choice but to make this land yacht my ride home!

Bring on the Thunder….my favorite words. Love you videos, skills, authenticity, humour, etc.
PS: Showing the inadequacy of past engineering, no wonder most of these old brands no longer exists…..cause you shape the grill in such a way that it actually deflects air away from the radiator instead of towards it? Really and nobody realized that 😮
All those bendy straws in the boot was definitely a good find 😉
Just use golf tees to plug vacuum lines…it's the budget conscious choice!
the one thing just dawned on me? why would you leave it in a field? also if you intend to not touch it, sell it? no?
"Going down!" Gets me laughing every time! 🤣 😆 😂 😄
Love those big ol GMs
Rats ate my inspection sticker. I taped a big maple leaf in its place.
Crazy my dad had a 70 caddy coupe Deville 472 big block the inter was babe shit green with champagne color on the out side
I would love to have that Caddi. That interior was limousine clean!!!
That's back when Cadillac was actually trying on purpose to produce above average quality vehicles. Those was the days. Now you can purchase an already over priced extremely below average attention to reliability caddy that will depreciate the second fresh air hits it.
I watched this video for the 3rd time, love it!
It’s nice to go back and rewatch some of your older stuff. Humble beginnings
This is Nebraska.
That has more horsepower 🐎 then my 2007 chevy 5.3 v8 truck lol think stock is 315 horsepower and she doesnt even have that lol maybe 250 horsepower she is very tired 😅
Where's grease under finger nails lol
Do love your channel and your vids ,but having children and mini van of my own the humour of 90 miles a hour without breaks and steering components that were submerged for ten years is lost on me. Back roads vids are great, I just tell myself you may only kill one kid on a bike but highways ? Still addicted to your channel lol
My dad had a Cadillac the same year as this one. His was a piece of crap. Always in the repair shop, rust around the rear window. 😢
That was the best car you ever found, am I biased? Lol as soon as I saw that car cooperate, I thought the torque monster lives, and thought Derek, be prepared to be impressed by The Standard of The World. Cadillac
Bleep bloop the algorithm fer ya
I had myH3 broken and a 79 coupe deville to drive 60 miles to Walmart in grand Forks. Hello from New Ulm
Nice boat you got! In very good shape.
Did anyone else see the critter run out across the floor at 11:07?
I also get optimistic when there isn’t a head in the truck it means it wasn’t owned by the guy that murdered Brad pitts wife in seven
The good old days of doing revivals in swampy grass , camera blowing over …. No million dollar shops and lifts like a guy once said he wasn’t about 🤷🏻♂️
Yes, I've watched this one before, and before, and before and
Still coming back to this one 4 years later
I'd love to find one like that
So chill and so relaxed even though an infinite amount of stuff was just ready to go wrong at any second.
Gotta bring Betty white back! Or sell her to me!
Ok 6th time trying to figure out why his truck sounds like a Cummins?
23rd time of watching. And counting.
Damn she’s badass!
It's full of water because those hard top windows leak like a sieve, not because it's sealed up tight.
I just can't bring myself to lick the dipstick!! 😅😅
This was the first one I watched so long ago and got me hooked line and sinker..
Great
