I've been thinking about trying a sniper on my Buick 225 v6. It has a QFT vacuum 650 on it atm, which is way too much carb. But this gives me some motivation.

Dont understand why you dont do a cam upgrade and headers along with the fuel injection uograde??? It already has a 292, that can respond great to the upgrades?!!!
The stock exaust manifold is such a poor design. It would be competative to a smallblock with the upgrades.

A fella could make some front inner wheel wells out of a couple of those cellrr window wells and some sheet metal. The are 36 inches and would keep water and debris from getting in the engine compartment
