Pushed it to the hotel across the street and paid for overnight parking. Dad to the rescue loaded his shortbox behind his Dodge diesel dually from Erskine. 370 miles. Alex is going to be 20 this winter. Just bought his first pickup…broken flex plate, 97 Chevy.

17. First watched in 2019 when a guy was first starting out came back in 2024 for some nostalgia content. Good to see how much of huge success Derek has made of his channel.

18. First car , 1962 Chevy 11 , 3 on the tree, bought used in 1968..
    Driving home from dealer , shift linkage jammed in 2cnd or 3rd gear In traffic, bus behind me. Had to rev the hell out of it and gradually engage the clutch to shudder up to speed.
    Got home , slammed the car door and walked away.
    Got to love that car though, even though every once in a while I’d have to crawl underneath with a hammer or screw driver to unjam the shift linkage, a common problem with that set up apparently.
