33. Throttle by wire should do very well for you on the jet boat. Not sure if it's even worth it or feasible. Take a look at hydraulic steering. It's very smooth and precise. You stop turning the drive stops and says put. I don't know how much feed back you get from the jet drive as the the prop is not directing the direction of the thrust.
