1320Video is BACK with a Unicorn C5 update, and we are glad to report that Chad at The Shop, Inc. has successfully install the turbos on the motor IN the car! This is definitely an extremely tight squeeze and Chad had to clearance many things, but he made it work! The Shop, Inc. was also able to line out the intake pipes on the twin turbos as well. We look forward to the next update in which we hope the car is able to fire and move under it’s own power!!

  1. Love the mechanic working with his concealed firearm in the holster at 4 o’clock. You never know when something might pop off and you’ll need it. Smart man. I’m really liking this guy and “The Shop”

  2. I appreciate the effort on the oil drain. It ain't easy to put a proper drain on car that wasn't designed for turbo. It would greatly benefit you to get more drop on the oil line. You might get some back up on the drain under full load. Also, you could make it look stellar if you switched over to braided hoses and AN connectors.

  3. Heh, you have to remove your entire engine to get the turbo out. I can pop my turbo out in less than an hour from the top side, and it ain't a small turbo (BW EFR 6758). Anybody who works on their own car would understand how wonderful that is.

  4. This is amazing but i really wonder why the manifolds and turbine housings were NOT ceramic coated??!! That's crazy. Then no DEI wrap on the downpiping? I suppose they know how much heat the surrounding components can take. Not mine but i would've spent the extra $500 on good ceramic coating and a few feet of thermal wrap.

  5. ** Kyle, Congratulations on your build – Wow ! It sounds awesomely ANGRY. Do you think with all your pull and coordinations you could put together something similar to the 1990 C4 ZR1 testing at Stockton TX (2-3 mile oval) ? … 24 hrs straight @ 175 mph avg speed. Nobody or manufacturer has since attempted it that I am aware anywhere in the world. All they did was re-fuel and switch drivers and still maintained 175. I have a '92 ZR1 and I have had 11 vettes – they are in my blood. Great Videos and Contributions, Thanks ! GOD Bless

  6. heyy it would be awesome you to come to P.R Salinas Speedway and bring the unicorn friendly RACE 👳👳🎬💪👏 let me know thank's for your s video

  7. Do the turbos have to work harder than normal because the inlet air is coming through multiple bends hooked up to those k&N filters? I'm trying to determine if on my own single turbo setup if multiple bends in piping will hurt my performance. Right now my 69mm turbo pulls air through a K&N hooked right up to the inlet literally in my engine bay… wondering if I should construct some piping and get the K&N to a colder air source like a fenderwell or something… ??
