You say it's an e-gate…so what is the gate position during the low boost ? Is it open ? closed ? at a normal position, for said boost ? The data should be there.
Maybe if you put a dry sump on the billet block it could solve the crank case pressure problem.
i know you are running this thing to the max stress it can handle, but can you rise the rpm on first, so you can have a longer launch so second can come on line in a better in the power band.
That low boost in 4th is weird though, as it is there in 3rd and gets back up in 5th. I'd look in the tune, if there's maybe some table that messes with the boost in 4th. If the e-gate was the issue, I would expect it to be low in 3rd and 5th as well, or at least don't get up to normal boost in 5th. Maybe Fueltech could have a look?

I'm not positive, but it looks like a random ignition timing drop (red line) at the beginning of 4th gear to the left of your finger at 17:52

Tradional waste gate with c02 will solve it
Change the e gate. Seems to be only random issue. Atleast eliminate it from the probable boost drop issue

Do you have a back pressure sensor? Like one that measures the exhaust pre turbo to see if you’re losing boost from efficiency

Look up using a vacuum pump for the crank case and use the billet engine.
The vac pump is shown ( on engine masters anyway) to increase HP. If it can add a few as well as get the crank case sorted it might be worth a look?

That other car with the record only used 4 gears for his pull. Your using 5 gears it looks like. Would a longer gear help.
