3. I been on a lot of paving jobs I used to do traffic control and we had contracts with some paving companies and it seems like the paver/lay down machine would always break down no matter how new it was lol it was kinda a shit show lol.

He should have 100% gotten it done at least half way correct and turned it into an investment where people would be proud to come here and pay to whip their stupid new vet or something they bought when they turned 60. 23. Been with Hard Rock paving for 35 yrs. Now its called The Miller Group in Can. Same Cat grinder/ Asphalt spreader etc etc. I understand the Huge costs that comes with this kind of work. We've paved tracks, airports, hwy from one end to the other at some time,then turn around and come back. PETTY DECENT is a great attitude without spending 2 million plus incidentals to mill and recap!
