  1. It’s a bonus for us in a way as 1 build just became 2! Can’t wait to see both the Lambo and Tesla build.

  2. What about an old school car like a 65 Lincoln continental. The body is basically a cube so you could easily cut 10” out of the length?

  3. For the tesla body you could go with a 2022 Cadillac CT5 the wheelbase is 116.0 in so its not too far off and a similar body type to a tesla and still sporty plus it will stay fully American as well.

  4. The Tesla would work with a 1967 cutlass or 1966 Buick Riviera really well. Both should be on the cheaper side of classic muscle, but still fairly easy to get a hold of. On the longer end a 1969 Ford Torino Cobra would look sick next to your swapped Mustang.

  5. @BisforBuild Wheel base wise, Aston martin Vantage coupe 2020 might be a good body for Tesla internals, it sorta has EV vibe to the design already, so why not ?! And you might be able to get those salvaged for a good price + parts wont be as expensive ar a Murcielago.

PS. If drivetrain of Murcy is good, doing a swap for an Audi R8 could be an option, and it wouldnt be a huge crime, as Lambos have multiple parts from Audi.

  6. What if you could build your own version of the Koenigsegg Gemera for the Tesla. You have the Tesla EV chassis, strap in a killer enginer and turn it into a hybrid (perhaps Rich Rebuilds could assis you in that). Plus the crazy 2 door swing-open doors, would be a very interesting and captivating build for sure.

  7. If you remove the bulkhead, you could move the seat rails further back, and then tall people would be able to drive it, I'm 6'8" and can never fit in supercars, it would probably be the only one in the world I could comfortably drive. 😁

  8. I think it’ll be cool to see an old sports Car turn into electric. Why don’t you move the door backwards so you make more room at the front and make the side fender in front a little bit longer you guys modify cars and change body panels to make it work. Also, you could make the back fender not look so long too, and just use the room that you’ve got back there to make the front. Look a little bit longer.

I love watching your show because you guys make unique cars and it’s always interesting to watch

  9. Sell the Lambo engine + gearbox and ancillaries. Then convert it to electric with Tesla Parts and repair the bodywork. You can buy the conversion parts through EVWest or others. Would cost 20-30k. And the Lambo parts would sell for more than that….Irony is it will be faster than original.

  10. I'm curious what it would take to develop a modular tube chassis that let's say would have standardised front and rear subframes allowing for the length/width of the chassis to be adjusted as needed for these type of swaps.

  11. Time for a wrecked or blown motor front engine ferrari body swap. Those have a much longer front end that I'd assume would be much more conducive to what your trying to do.

  12. I think you should use the tesla to make the worlds first dragster 3 wheeler tesla! (Maybe even true first 3 wheel electric a?) Slap the motors and battery into a reliant robin or something. Would be unique and hilarious and probably quick also.
