Harness bars should always be mounted higher up than the top edge of the seat back. That is a very common problem but in a crash the harness pulls down on your shoulders and compresses the spine if it is mounted below the height of the seat. There have been lots of people with crushed vertebra from shops making that mistake.

Watching the crown vic 500 live feed now and I swear this is better than Nascar. They just need some better cameras and mic's and they can take over FOX on Sundays. The crown vics backed up in a semi circle around the track looks awesome.
