One of the CRAZIEST wheelies for a Honda S2000 went down at World Cup Finals (Import vs Domestic) today – Maybe THE craziest ever! We saw this car pull the wheels at TX2K10 in Texas in 2010 with the previous owner, and he really put on a show for the crowd!

This 2JZ Honda S2000 had a little too much power in it for how sticky the track was here at Maryland International Raceway – The car went up on the BACK PARACHUTE for 10-15 feet and came down HARD when the tires hit the pavement again.

We were very disappointed to hear that the wheelie had damage a lot more than the driver had expected once they inspected it, but they told us they will be back even stronger next year!

    and why doesn't it have wheelie bars? Seems like a GIANT OVERSIGHT to have such a powerful, light car with slicks bigger than the engine and assume it won't just backflip.

    understand something gentleman….american muscle is the boss….makes more power and torque than anything in the world…all serious land and speed records are american v8's….period.

    Its not only the short wheelbase.. but the fact that the S2000 is damn near a mid-engine car. Add about 1000 ft/lb torque and sticky tires, wheelies are inevitable. I have a 10hp minibike with a 36" wheelbase and the front wheel stays up. Its all about weight distribution and wheelbase, vs stupid raw hp. Meaning… A 2000hp Camaro might not wheelie, but a 900hp S2000 probably will..

    with a 2jz motor and still not faster then f22 motor car. lol king performance s2000 did a wheelie half way down track. look them up. 2jz motor is good. u have to put v6 vs 4 cylinder. different size engine.
