12. get your new engine mapped on a dyno when its built. then you can get it tuned to maximum brake torque. I had It done at TDI in the UK for my laurel

22. I'm not a lawyer but been around enough. By blurring the face of the driver, even tho we just seen the person who was driving right before/after, it still could be anyone, legally speaking, driving the car. Could have swapped drivers between cuts eta. Laws are dumb, but using some of the dumb-ness can be beneficial.
