6. Cheetah? When I worked at a tire shop for a while we called it a bead blaster. It worked real well for truck tires and whatnot

26. Why are you stretching tires? It's not good for performance, and its a safety issue. Theres a reason you have to do ghetto lighter fluid and torch tricks to get those tires to seat. That's because you're not supposed to run tires like that. An appropriately sized tire will fit perfect first try.
