Didn’t quite get to the intercooler in this video but hoping to get it done soon. The new radiator opened up a lot of room and taking the ac out helped tremendously. Getting it done as quick as I can stay tuned

I like what you are doing there so I am going to offer you my advice based on mistakes I made, just to save you some frustration later on. Your radiator is gonna crack at the bottom where the aluminium is inserted inside the iron bar and you are gona get leaks! they will rub no matter how tight they are due to heat expansion. Make the holes biger and ad some ruber betwenn if you want that radiator to survive! Also that flex part on the exhaust is there to compensate for the movement of the engine, you are going to brake your exhasut without it, especially since you removed the engine mount at the front. And most of the time, things crack at the hottest part which is either the manifold or the turbo housing!
