Tbh turbo ls yacht is a youtube build, build it to be functional no matter the timeline
For the part above the cab add diagonal cross supports from the front top to the bottom back off the cab area kind of like a fence gate
You are going to head your head getting in the cab of the truck.
On your overall height, don’t forget about your ac unit
I guess you are going to completely disregard all the comments about being over weight… But what do we all know.
Definitely composite walls
I am curious about cooling/ heating the interior with only the cab A/C. Will you add something to help.
Umm… “B†is also for Butcher… and CGI Bullshit! Just build it.. stop BS ‘ing.
B is for Big.
B is for Box!
You all should have built the cab and front end. Can't wait to see the finished product
that tshirt design is ass
Man I can’t wait to see how this build turns out!! I can’t help but to keep thinking about it not fitting out the garage door though.. I know y’all said you measured it and all. But idk.. it’s gonna be interesting to see, that’s for sure! Lol.
Weight and tolerances are going to be… interesting. But then again, that IS the B is for Build way…
Diy box truck
Cool project! I bet the size doesn't translate to video very well? Size and scale never does in 2d video compared to real life. Lots'o room in there I bet. What do you figure the finished height will be?
What if you guys made this with a 3rd axel? Like a 6×6 or in this case a 8×8. 😮
Short boat update. I guess this spring we will learn more.
Now THIS is BIFB content right here. ðŸ˜ÂÂ
I'm so incredibly thankful that the (now) old BRZ/FRS/86 intro is gone. It was so loud. So low resolution and was just absolutely not needed in the last few years. This new video intro setup is amazing. I wish more would do it.
The snow here in Florida is pretty bad rn too
You don't need to make another door, just utilize the the cabs back doors
Are you going to finish this build?
What software are you using?
Lol Jeremy Clarkson, yes he does sometimes
Love the build, just reminds me of work too much!
So cool to see it appearing!! Love what this build means!
I'd recommend reaching out to the Ambition Strikes channel when it comes to building this. They've created something similar-ish and lived in it for a while.
If you guys are welding to the cab of the truck on the frame you guys are building. Is there body mounts under that too? I'm just afraid because with the body mounts on the cab of the truck would that make tension on the camper frame?
That is going to weight a ton ….. maybe two tons…… when everything is added… refrig toilet etc etc etc….
The piv-it point we’re the bed of as and the cap there’s going to be big problems if you wells all that to the cap. Need a cap to flex..
Looks good, but I would built the sides of the camper like a roof truss (all the way from the back to the front) and that would have supported the cab top bed !! Then the bed itself would have metal joists on end to support the bed across from one truss to the next !!
There was a 3500 that taco’D recently make sure you reinforce that frame
Hey Chris I got a question is that going to fit out the garage door
Americans driving in snow is always hilarious!
Probably put a support coming from the front fender area
I'm from Oregon I'm pretty sure you don't need a CDL to haul anything if you're towing it with that truck tell if you're a private citizen I'm pretty sure you can drive a semi without a CDL depending on whether it has air brakes
