In this episode we pull the rear clamshell off for the last time and button up all the loose ends around venting and brackets. Then we do some exhaust tests to find the right mode, and finally we reinstall the rear bumper, diffuser, and rear hatch.

Eric is awesome man!
do u sell these cars after u get them done
That Subaru floor mat doe..
Anyone else think he looks like the Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz? lol
I'm just amazed how quickly you rebuild these cars. I try to fit in time after work but even little bits take so long
BAD A$$ car M8 love that your right here in my neighborhood Finish it m8!!!1
yaay got internet back after returning from my holiday, so keen to watch the episodes ive missed, love your progress so far chris :).
Dude seriously I hope Lotus hires you after this lmao
hahaha i have the same ringtone i tought it was my phone ringing
Right on, the chrome on those tail lights come off every time
If you're worried about water getting through the vent and into your air filter check our pre-filters. They're $15 and will keep the water off your filter!
Predictions: Episode 50 the finale
Crazy to see how it's almost done, Chris you are a ridiculously motivated guy. Your videos helped me get motivated to finish my Mustang GT project last year!
Makes me want an Evora S.
Give her a wash 🙂
Is that the original engine that comes in a Evora?
Everyone freaking out about the airbox is hilarious. Like they have this knowledge of thousands of cars blowing up because they don't use the stock airbox… WTF people
Good job sir
Hey man! Love the show! I stumbled across you a few months ago and been a religious view since! I love your determination and ingenuity and you seem like a real nice bloke. There's a few lotus dealerships near mine so if you ever do read this message it might be a last resort. Keep up the good work! Thanks from Woking England
hey dude when you're done you should cut together all the timelapse footage into a single video. would be sweet to see. congrats btw, almost there. give us a nice walk around of the car soon!
those cardboard boxes came in handy
Haha nice ring tone Chris!
A bit early but I'm gong to go ahead and say well done for seeing this through. Way back, probably when you were grinding off door panels, you must have come so close to quitting on this. Put it on eBay, get it out the shed, do something else perhaps. Well, here we are and nearly done. You're an impressive guy with an impressive attitude.
I HAVE THE SAME POD FILTER. is it any good?
I heard that Dropkick Murphys ringtone.
baby got back
just in case you miss this little detail for the front area of the car in the next episode, there's a glovebox light switch that sits wayyyy behind the glovebox backing that not everyone knows about. Here's my write up for it. The light comes on only if you have the key in.

How many likes can we get for Chris and Eric for using mainly harbour freight tools to rebuild a super car
The factory air box was gone from the start? Or is this another case of wise ass thinks pod filters next to hot engines make everything better…
Air boxes are made for a reason, it's not just an elaborate practical joke.
Another great video. where are you going to fit the camera for your rearview mirror?
The black and white scheme you should call this project the Storm-trooper. That way you never have to worry about it hitting anything again. 😀
I feel like the spoiler would look so much better if you painted the mounts white and leave the wing part black. idk it just looks like it doesn't fit at all the way it is.
i like it
These Evora videos especially really make me realize that I need to buckle down and get my project car done. This Evora was totaled beyond what i thought would be repairable, and you are damn near finished with it all ready. My car was nowhere near as bad off as this was and its been going on for almost 2 years now in various stages lol
IM SHIPPIN UP TO BOSTOONNN
i heard you say you topped off the water… you dont want water in anything bc if it freezes then well, that would be bad
This is cool new method: "Focus on the behind"
Colin Furze has 2.7M viewers, he plays grown up music. Just saying.
OBTW your music is super crap. Q the crap.
I really hate the whole engine bay.
I think Chris can do that a lot better and cleaner.
