You need some lessons from 'The Paint Society'.
I always use fine line tape for the contact line with paint, and remove it, as you say, just before the final dried point.
Did you wash your (pale from paint) face with acetone too? I like your DIY spirit, but cmon, why do you keep exposing yourself to dust, paint etc… It's just unnecessary.
Wet sanding would probably have cut down on your dust issues
u bought the panel for 2k each side….how about send the panel to pro to paint it…
Freaking love this build 😎!!
"Paint fumes" he says with an empty bomber in his hand.
b is for beer
use fineline tape then put your masking tape up to the fineline tape
looks great
what is the name of the paint you used I am wanting to paint my car but there are so many brands of paint
after all the prep to do single stage is not smart because it wont last .
Why not buy a second air compressor and link them together? Increase air volume and CFM.
watch on you tube 'lotus every/megafactories (national geographic)' it's the manufacturing of the evora in the lotus factory from design through assembly
nice outro
I love your content. It's very cool to see you learning
Sry if i have t tell you, but you have should wetsanded the parts only, before painting again…drysanding is only to give shape and remove body filler. When u think all parts are flat and clear to paint und spray filler and wetsand that…the way ure doing that is the way of the lazy guys doing all with machines and that doesent work when u want to have a good result…sry man…all uve done wrong, are beginners mistakes.
lol
why do you not have more subs, like i been watching ya shit for a while ctfuuuuuuuuu
@bisforbuild would be nice to see the shop give a full clean a sweep and de clutter 🙂
Still lovin the channel! Keep up the good work!
put a layer of plastic on the sealing, it atrracts the paint dust, and it will not settle
