Big Chief from Street Outlaws took his shiny brand new Crowmod down to South Georgia to put on a show! Sporting a Pontiac V8 with big twin turbochargers hanging off the side, it was no easy task to get it race ready for the big event! In an unfortunate turn of events, Big Chief hurt the motor doing some testing days before and scheduled an emergency rebuild at Butler Performance, which are the guys who take care of this very unique Pontiac V8 engine. New bearings, connecting rods, pistons, and a bunch of other parts were needed to get the car back together! Unfortunately, the block did end up cracking, so they patched it together and have plans to build a new motor in the near future! This car is fueled by FuelTechs FT500 EFI system, helping Big Chief push the Crowmod down the track into the low 4s! We look forward to seeing what Big Chief has in store with the Crowmod once its at 100%!
