I like your channel, I love that you do everything yourself and are trying to make your own parts, and that's why I'm trying to say in the nicest way possible, I really hope that grille looks better after you paint it. Not sure how I feel about the headlights either… though it's a very unique and cool idea.
    Personally, I would have gone with the bend because it follows the factory body line. I'm interested to see what it looks like when you're done.

28. it's looking geat, but I would be worried about the efficiency of headlights after such mod. This grill will screw the light beam by making it weak and all over the place (unfocused). I would modify it by making it less dense on those segments covering the headlights on the left and right.
