In this episode I take the two BRZ fuel feed lines and modify them to be one feed line and one return line. Transforming it into a return style fuel system that the 2JZ likes. I also rewire the fuel pump into the new relay block, so it turns on when the car turns on. And you wont guess what happens next! !!!! :0

  1. I have a Conquest 2jz swap. I believe the stock FPR isn't opening. the turbo pressure sensor signal is checked. came and crank sensors check. injectors checked fuel comes up to the rail but stops at the FPR. I have a Bosch 044 from Driftmotion.

I read that sometimes the stock fuel line is too small and that stock FPR won't generate the low/high pressure to run. any ideas. Most Supra forums I asked gave me the "figure it out like I did" answer.

  2. in the future, because if you ever do gm stuff they have this crap, but those are known as push to connect fittings. doorman sells a kit full of plastic fittings that will fit that. they usually come in 5/16 and 3/8. (gm ls motors have 3/8 feed and 5/16 return) you can buy summit racing brand a/n fittings for push to connect as well. so, if you ever hit fuel limits due to fuel line size, you can buy a/n line and fittings for these style fittings.

  3. Ok so you changed the wire gauge for the fuel pump but spliced it to the original wiring from the connector. You do still know that the weakest part is exactly that and you just basically wasted your time.To do it properly you change EVERYTHING up tp the pins on the connector. And the wire that is in the tank to the pump it self.

  4. yeah bro this isn't like an OverWatch Twitch streaming Channel or prank of the day or some nonsense like that we're here because we want to see you build. I don't give a shit if you take a week off. because I know when you come back it will be cool

  5. Hey! Thank you soooo much for using my music in your video. I remember watching your serie about installing that wide kit and man do i love your channel and your car. Thanks once again! <3

  6. I'm just wondering if the single high pressure fuel line will be big enough to flow enough fuel for the new engine. You upgraded the wires and will do the pump. Just something to consider if you experience fuel delivery problems in future. Keep up the good work.

  7. There is a fuel pump relay control wire coming from the ECU, which prevents it from running the fuel pump unneccesary long when the engine is not running but ignition is on.
It's just connecting one wire to have it more like it is OEM

  8. You should just use the evap line for the return, but check if thats possible. If I remember correctly the evap line just runs into the hat, but that could be wrong.

  9. This is an awesome video; I learn more from you than I did in my four years of high school haha. Stay awesome!

  10. Man you need to go on Amazon and get a fuse panel and a relay holder to clean that stuff up. Also buy some different color heat shrink and heat shrink both ends with the same color if you are going to use the same color wire for everything.

  11. Running bigger gauge wire just to hook it back to the smaller gauge at the end with cause more resistance and burn up the smaller wire at the end

  12. That's a lot of in line fuses man. May be worth taking the time to make a new fuse box. Still all cool as hell though! Your learning-on-the-fly skills are super impressive.

  13. B is for Build is probably one of my favourite things to watch.. either if im out or at home i really enjoy watching the videos you post.. thank you for actually posting amazing content and pushing through the tough builds to complete them. I want to do something like this some day and it would be absolutely mad if it would happen. So i just wanted to let you know that you are a huge inspiration to me..

  14. Welding that thing shut made no sense to me! I would cut both fuel lines at the t-connector and go from there to use one as a feed and one as return. You need a different fuel pump anyways… You made it so only gaga…
